Pricing Disclaimer

  • All product pricing, availability, descriptions, images, and specifications on this website are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Although we make every effort to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date, an occasional discrepancy may occur.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted).
  • We maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
  • All specials and promotions are limited to stock on-hand.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from shipping delays, or for any loss, damage or expense arising from product malfunction or defect.
  • This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

 

Online Orders

  • All online orders except for Clearance, As-Is, Last One Available and Final Sale product are considered back orders or special orders.
  • Special orders, back orders, mattresses, mattress protectors and bedding are non-cancellable and non-returnable under any circumstance. Special orders and back orders require payment in full, and will be ordered on the next business day following completion of an online sale.
  • Lead times on special and back orders vary by manufacturer.
  • During the COVID-19 pandemic, absolutely no lead times will be quoted and Larrabee’s Furniture + Design is not responsible for hearsay conversations about product arrival.
  • No additional discounts or considerations will be made for delays in product arrival.
  • A representative from Larrabee’s Furniture + Design will contact you when your online order has arrived at our warehouse and is ready to schedule a delivery or pick-up.

 

Returns + Exchanges

  • All purchases with the below exceptions may be returned within 3 days in original or unused condition; please bring your original receipt so we can facilitate your return as quickly as possible.
  • Please return or exchange products in a timely manner to avoid adjustments to your final refund. A restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or freight damage. Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect.
  • Special orders, back orders, mattresses, mattress protectors and bedding are non-cancellable and non-returnable under any circumstance. Special orders and back orders require payment in full, and will be ordered on the next business day following completion of an online sale.
  • Clearance, As-Is, Last Buzz, Final Sale, Warehouse Sale, Tent Sale and other closeout items cannot be returned or exchange for any reason.
  • Should you be receiving product using an outside shipping company for deliveries outside of our immediate geographical area, shipping claims must be settled with the delivering carrier. Larrabee’s Furniture + Design will assist you with necessary documentation to support your claim. You, as the cosignee, must inspect shipments upon receipt and document any damages on shipping paperwork, and preferably capture with digital images. Do not sign for and accept receipt in good condition without prior inspecting your merchandise.
  • Larrabee’s Furniture + Design does not arrange or pay for item returns.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except in the case of cash and check purchases, in which a corporate check will be issued and all refunds could take up to 15 days to process. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Should any items be permitted to be returned or exchanged outside our Company policies, the refund will come only in the form of a store credit minus the initial delivery fee and/or a restocking fee. For merchandise picked up at the home, refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.

 

Delivery Services 

  • It is the responsibility of Larrabee’s Furniture + Design’s delivery service to install your new furniture into a space that is both free from existing furniture and has access routes that are large enough to accommodate the furniture being delivered.
  • Larrabees’ Delivery Team is instructed to only deliver or move the furniture you have purchased from us for that specific delivery date. Please note that we are not a professional moving company, and our drivers are not allowed to move additional furniture to other rooms of the home or to clear space for your delivery.
  • While our Delivery Team will take the best care with your furniture, they may determine that the furniture you have purchased from Larrabee’s will not safely fit through the access routes in your home. In this case, they may ask you to sign a ‘Waiver of Liability for Delivering Furniture’ after discussing the challenges with their delivery manager.
  • In cases of inclement weather (mainly snowfall), we ask that you have a shoveled path to your entrance, free from snowpack, to allow our Delivery Team to safely deliver your furniture. You will be contacted by the delivery manager to reschedule delivery ASAP if furniture delivery cannot be safely made that day.
  • Due to safety and insurance liability reasons, our Delivery Team must wear their shoes at all times. The team carries shoe covers (booties) if needed in wet/snowy weather and will lay down furniture pads at the entry of your home when necessary.

 

Claims + Customer Service

  • Should you have any issues with your furniture or your delivery, please let us know. We are happy to help in any way we can. It is our goal to get your request resolved as quickly as possible. To expedite the claim process, we will need a series of pictures required by our vendor manufacturers. Please take one picture of the whole item, a close-up of each issue, and then one of the manufacturer’s label. On upholstered sofas and chairs, the label will usually be under a cushion. On tables and dining chairs, the label should be underneath the item. For end tables, dressers, larger consoles and bookcases the label should be on the back of the unit. Please email the pictures and a detailed description of the issues to claims@larrabeesfurniture.com. Allow 2-3 business days for us to get back to you with more information.
  • Note that this does not apply to Final Clearance and “As-Is” products. Final Clearance and “As-Is” products are handled differently as they are not covered under the original warranty. For these items we will be happy to refer an outside repair person that you would contact and work with directly.
  • Please also note that many of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, scars, scrapes and other irregularities in leather, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect.
  • Fabric pilling and rug shedding are normal occurrences and are not considered a manufacturer’s defect. Fabric pilling is caused by abrasion on the surface of the fabric. Loose fibers have a natural tendency to move to the surface of the fabric, causing them to twist together into small balls. Pilling is a normal occurrence caused by wear and tear and does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric. It is easily removable. Additionally, fabric on your outdoor furniture purchase will have natural textural changes over time, and color will also fade throughout the years. Purchasing outdoor furniture covers will help slow this natural process down, but textural and color changes will occur and will not qualify for our claims process.
  • Other exclusions to our claims process also apply. Please speak with our claims representative for additional information.

 

Bedding, Pillows, Rugs, Mattresses And Foundations/Box Springs

  • We’re sure you understand - mattresses and foundations/box springs, mattress protectors and bedding cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your mattresses and box springs are clean and free from stains before being serviced or exchanged due to defects.
  • All in-stock and non-backordered bedding, pillows, and rugs may be exchanged or returned within 3 days if in new and unused condition and in original packaging, with tags attached.

 

Warranties

  • All Larrabee’s Furniture + Design merchandise is warranted against manufacturer’s defects.
  • Please keep all receipts, as proof of purchase is required for exchanges or warranty service.
  • We cannot warranty Clearance, As-Is, Last Buzz, Final Sale, Warehouse Sale, Tent Sale and otherwise closeout or discontinued items.
  • Should you purchase a protection plan separately, you will receive coverage for specific instances of accidents and incidents as outlined in your plan.
  • We cannot warranty normal wear and tear or damage from customer use.
  • We will promptly repair or replace any items that are defective.
  • Our warranty is non-transferable.
  • Any damage upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt—this is imperative so please be sure to inspect your delivery carefully.
  • Please bring visible defects or variance to order details to our attention within 7 days of delivery.
  • No warranty work or exchange processing can be completed on upholstery or leather items unless these items are clean.
  • To initiate a warranty service claim, please send an email to claims@larrabeesfurniture.com. Please allow us 2-3 business days to respond.
